Payments are final

All payments are final once completed. We don't offer refunds after a successful payment, so please check your order carefully before you pay.

Delivery and order issues

Delivery, item quality, and order problems are between you and the seller. Message them directly on WhatsApp using the number shown at checkout. Most issues get sorted quickly this way.

When we step in

If you're charged the wrong amount, charged twice, or hit a technical error during payment, contact us. We review these individually and make it right.
